We’re a probate litigation firm, and we don’t handle uncontested probate, muniment of title, small estate affidavits, affidavits of heirship, or simple wills.
If your situation calls for one of those, we’ll tell you on the first call and point you to someone who’s a better fit, so you don’t end up paying more than the matter should cost.
Estates with real property in more than one of these counties are routine for us.
